ONLINE RETURN POLICY
We want you to LOVE your purchase! We will happily accept returns postmarked within 7 days of receipt of purchase on unworn, new products with tags attached. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping on all returns unless otherwise indicated as a promotion. Refunds will be made to the card used in the original transaction. All Monkee’s boutiques are independently owned and operated, so we can only accept returns on purchases from this store location. Handbags, sunglasses, jewelry, accessories, home & gifts, special orders, and DISCOUNTED or SALE items are FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded, exchanged or returned for a store credit. Shoes must be returned in their original box and the box must be in good condition.
As a small business, we can not accommodate every return but we will be reasonable. Please contact us directly with any questions or concerns.
IN STORE RETURN POLICY
Shoes and clothing may be returned for a credit card refund within five (5) business days of purchase with a sales receipt. A store credit or exchange will be given for returned items within ten (10) days of purchase. All items returned must be from sale location purchases, unworn and the price tags intact. Handbags, sunglasses, jewelry, lingerie, accessories, special orders and SALE items are FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded, exchanged or returned for a store credit. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Not all of our inventory is sold online due to vendor restrictions.
