The ladies of Fort Worth are going to need bigger closets now that Monkee’s has opened its doors!

The upscale ladies' boutique features designer shoes, clothing and accessories is now open for business at the Shops of Clearfork located at 5234 Marathon Avenue.

Owner Harriet McKinney, born and raised in Fort Worth, is thrilled to finally bring the concept to the area.

“I first heard about Monkee’s ten years ago through one of my close friends who lived in Winston-Salem where the franchise is headquartered,” says McKinney. “When she visited Fort Worth, I always noticed her cute clothes. When I would inquire where the outfits were from, the answer was always ‘Monkee’s’.”

Monkee’s of Fort Worth carries designer lines such as Crosby, Tyler Boe, AG and J Brand jeans, Anna Cate, Cupcakes and Cashmere, and Gal Meets Glam.

“There really isn’t anything else like Monkee’s in Fort Worth,” adds McKinney. “Mothers, daughters, even grandmothers will find something to fit their style. We also have a wide price point to appeal to a variety of budgets.”

Designed to look like your (well-heeled) girlfriend’s closet, the boutique’s signature chandeliers, comfy couches and stunning shoe galleries are all staples in a Monkee’s store.

The Fort Worth store is the second Monkee’s location in Texas and there are currently 26 independently owned and operated Monkee’s boutiques in the United States.
